Last month, ServiceNow announced its entry into the CRM space, surprising some who had already considered it a CRM provider. In a conversation with CX Today, Michael Ramsey explained that ServiceNow has been aggressively investing in its Customer Service Management (CSM) solution since 2016, adding features like case management and conversational analytics. This investment has led to significant “market momentum” in customer service, according to Ramsey.
